Pro Link Golf was founded in 1998 by Max Evenson, who built the shop from the ground up with a focus on quality craftsmanship and a love of the game.

In October 2014, Dwight and Beth Arvidson purchased Pro Link Golf from Max, with Max staying on to help Dwight get his footing running the business. They officially took the reins on January 1, 2015. (Max still stops in to help when he’s not out on the course or fishing. Some things never change!)

Dwight earned his Master Golfsmith certification in 2003 from Golfsmith in Austin, TX, one of the most respected credentials in the industry, and became a certified Golf Teacher. Over the next decade, he deepened his expertise working across the golf retail world, including Golf Alley, The Golf Warehouse, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, and even helped design and open the Golf Department at the Academy Sports on N. Maize Road.

In 2021, Beth stepped back from a career in insurance to join the shop full time. She earned her certification in Basic Golf Club Repairs from Mitchell Golf in 2022, bringing even more expertise to the team.

Today, Dwight and Beth are busier than ever and loving every minute of it. Max has happily handed over the reins and is enjoying a well-deserved retirement filled with golf, fishing, and time with his grandchildren.
